Our teams bring experience from more than 750 fixtures, including Premier League, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup football, professional rugby and other major sporting events.
This experience extends across professional football, international sport, major stadium events, concerts, public events and workplace environments.
It shapes both the medical services we provide and the training we deliver. Our event teams understand the demands of busy, high-pressure environments where communication, leadership and effective decision-making are essential.
Our trainers use real operational knowledge to make courses practical, engaging and relevant, helping learners develop the confidence to respond effectively when somebody becomes ill or injured.
Clinician-Led Clinical Governance
Crane Medical Care is supported by a multidisciplinary Clinical Governance Team, which helps ensure our services remain safe, effective and patient-centred.
The team includes a clinical steering group comprising an Emergency Medicine Doctor, a Consultant Pharmacist and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. They work closely with our event operations team and operational leaders, who bring experience from a range of pre-hospital, emergency care and hospital environments.
Meeting quarterly, the Clinical Governance Team provides oversight and professional challenge across our clinical services. Its work may include reviewing clinical practice, incidents, complaints, emerging risks, medicines governance, service development and the wider strategic direction of CMC.
This clinician- and doctor-led approach ensures that our operational decisions are supported by appropriate clinical oversight, professional challenge and evidence-based practice.
It also helps us continually improve the quality, safety and consistency of the care we provide across our event medical and ambulance operations.
