1. How do I apply for a parking pass ?
To apply for a parking pass at Anfield, you must contact our event operations team at contact@cranemedicalcare or on 07873 476 333 (WhatsApp). Please note that we only have a limited number of parking passes available in our allocation, so please try to lift share where possible. It is not possible for everyone to receive a parking pass and so our event operations team may be able to arrange a lift for you with another team member.
2. If I complete my Level 2 training does this mean i will be in a medical room ?
To be signed off as a Level 2 First Aider, you must have previously worked in and demonstrated competence in leading a medical room. However, qualifying as a Level 2 first aider does not mean you will be always allocated to a medical room. Allocation is completed by the event operations team who know you all very well, and strategic / operational decisions are made to deliver the highest quality medical care.
3. What is the rate of pay for each level and management roles.
If you visit the 'scheduling' page through the team portal and navigate to 'Shifts', the rate of pay is listed for each level and management roles.
4. I am interested in progressing to the next level of first aid, or into a managment role
If you are interested in progressing to the next level of first aid, or into a management role, please make the event operations team aware of your endeavours via, email, phone or on one of our events, and we will support you as best we can where possible
5. I am now unable to attend a shift that i am allocated to, what should i do?
Cancelling a shift can cause issues for our event operations team. However, we completely understand that our lives can be unpredictable, and so if you need to cancel a shift please contact our event operations team via WhatsApp on 07873 476333 and let them know. Please aim to provide as much notice as you can, this will help us to find cover for you. Your shift cancellation should be in line with our CMC shift policies and procedures.
6. My friend or family member wants to join Crane Medical Care, are we recruiting?
Anyone is welcome to apply at any time, head over to our Crane Medical Care website, and in the top right of the website click 'join our team'. This will take you to a google form link where they can apply. It may take a while for us to respond to applicants as often have a large number of applications
